Robert, our technician, phoned to see if he could show up earlier than scheduled. Appreciated receiving the heads-up. He was called to troubleshoot our water softener issues and perform any necessary repairs on the unit. Robert took care to really check everything indicated by the symptoms of malfunction that I described to him before making his decision on what needed to be done to fix the problem. I appreciate his attention to detail. While working, he discussed and explained things to me so I could better understand what went wrong and why. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing our water softener. The tech explained everything in detail and was very professional. Two weeks later out water heater went out and they installed the same day at a fair price. Mando, the field supervisor who installed out unit, was very knowledgeable. Victoria at the office was prompt to call me back and understood our situation. She managed to work us into the schedule.”
